Advanced Interpretation Accreditation

Prerequisite: System Accreditation

This course extends the profile analysis and interpretation skills of HA practitioners who have completed System Accreditation.  Practitioners will learn how to interpret the Main Graph and enhance their skills at predicting candidate performance, running employee awareness and team building workshops, and at building customised job and values templates.  Price includes training manual and HA expert level reports for participants.

Length: 1 day

Fee: $1,320 per person (group rate for 3 or more is 880pp)

Advanced Interpretation Certification awarded on completion of open book assessment.

Level 3 practitioners are qualified to apply for Expert Level Certification.
