About Career Fit
With years of HR and development experience behind us, CareerFit provides ongoing training and support to consultancies and in-house managers by showing them how to more extensively and accurately screen, select, retain and develop staff at all levels, and across all sectors.
As an Australian Master Distributor and Expert Certified trainer of the Harrison Assessments Talent Solution (HATS) system, CareerFit has helped hundreds of companies reduce hiring risk while improving their bottom line.
What we do
Only accredited Harrison Assessments practitioners are authorised to use the HATS system. CareerFit are skilled in both training and expert interpretation of HATS and we work with employers to transfer our knowledge and expertise so that they can better manage and streamline their own internal staffing processes.

- Training: CareerFit’s authorised accreditation program teaches employers to become skilled at measuring the strengths and development potential of employees for all positions, and in any industry. Learn more
- Expert Qualifications: Clients reap the benefit of CareerFit’s high standard of qualifications and experience in the analysis and interpretation of HATS results. Through training and ongoing support we will help you to gain deeper insight into the depth of information available to you for the benefit of selection, individual feedback, coaching and people development. Clients also have the option of training to become an accredited Expert Interpreter.
- Helpdesk: CareerFit’s involvement with your organisation doesn’t have to stop after the training is complete. CareerFit’s service is backed by ready access to specialist advice and help desk support for all our customers.
- Applicant and Candidate Screening: CareeFit can customise job templates that help us screen and predict performance for any job, work situation or industry. With full interpretation, and 24-hour turnaround time, you can outsource to us and still receive a truly personalised and customised result.

June Kitto, Founder and Director
June Kitto has been using the internationally acclaimed Harrison Assessments suite of tools since 1999 and continues to work hands-on with her clients while leading an outstanding team of trainers and expert interpreters throughout Australia.
June holds Expert Certification with Harrison Assessments, is a qualified template designer, and an authorised trainer and assessor for Expert level accreditation.
June has a Graduate Certificate in management, a Diploma in Education, and numerous training certificates. She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), and the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA).
